No. "No" is one of the only words in the English l No. "No" is one of the only words in the English language that is also a complete sentence. "No" can be used as a simple answer to any question. "No" needs no explanation, no elaboration, and no further questions. It is simply "no." Period. The end.

"No" sets a firm boundary, not to be crossed by you or anyone else. "No" is one of the most powerful words you can ever use. It means the same thing across all languages and cultures.

Learning when to say "No" is a super power in and of itself. Some people are so afraid to say "No", that they spend their entire lives avoiding this simple two letter word. "No" is not to be confused with "not yet' or "not today. " It simply means no.

You have a voice. You have a choice. So use it unapologetically.

Now let’s be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with pedicures, and spa days, hikes, or beach trips! But aren’t we doing ourselves a disservice if the ONLY time we take to care for ourselves, is on the special occasions when we can work things like this into our busy schedules?
