individual therapy
Individual therapy is a process where clients work with one of our licensed counselors in a safe, caring and confidential environment through face-to-face talk therapy. Throughout our sessions, we explore client’s feelings, beliefs or behaviors in order to work through events that are important to them. This could include working through challenging or influential memories, identifying aspects of their life that they would like to change, setting personal goals, better understanding themselves and others, and working toward desired changes.
There has been an increase in people seeking counseling services in recent years, and they do this for a wide variety of reasons. Our counselors are skilled in helping clients deal with many different aspects of their life. This can range from depression or anxiety, to finding healthy ways to cope with major life challenges or trauma, to seeking personal growth and a greater sense of self-knowledge. If you are not sure if counseling is the right path for you, we encourage you to contact us and one of our highly-trained staff would be more than happy to assist.
Individual therapy is a healthy part of any personal regimen. You will work alongside one of our compassionate counselors to create a treatment plan, identify goals, and discuss lengths of treatment. We encourage you to be open with us about your needs and what you hope to achieve through counseling, and in turn we will do our absolute best to guide and support you along your journey.
Our goal is to help our clients understand that they are not alone, while also providing an understanding source for hope and healing.

Adults
No one said that being an adult is easy, and as we become older it can be harder for us to cope with major events in our life, especially if we were not given a strong foundation to build upon as a child. However, we believe that every person is able to start formulating healthy habits, and it is never too late.
