Tawnya Stewart, msw, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social worker

โI view therapy as a holistic treatment and experience, integrating the body and mind. My passion for helping others and health education leads me to use a more holistic approach when working with clients; providing information, education, and unique modalities related to the entire physical body and mind.โ
Tawnya was born and raised in Utah and moved to Louisiana in June 2018. Both residences have provided differing and unique cultures and perspectives which have allowed her to have a greater ability to assess and understand individual and community needs. Tawnya specializes in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and stress management as well as helping with weight management, diabetes prevention, and health education including nutrition, exercise, digestion, and sleep. She believes that a positive, abundant, and healthy support system is a key determinant to overall and mental health and enjoys helping others identify and develop their support system.
